Mizan Baraka is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) utility providing Advanced Linguistic AI and data visualization for 50+ digital asset correlates.

No Advice

The Platform does not furnish "Advice" as defined by the FAIS Act (South Africa) or the FSMA (UK). We do not provide recommendations, guidance, or proposals of a financial nature.

No Intermediation

We do not render "Intermediary Services." We do not receive, process, or account for client funds, nor do we perform any act on behalf of a client with a view to buying or selling financial products.

2. Non-Custodial & Client-Side Architecture

Zero-Access Policy

Mizan Baraka is a Non-Custodial suite. We never hold, manage, or store private keys, seeds, or exchange API credentials on our servers.

Local Execution

Any synchronization with Regulated Digital Exchanges is performed strictly on the User's local device. The Platform provides the analytical "lens" (the data); the User remains the sole executor of all actions.

3. Risk Disclosure: Market Friction & Volatility

Volatility Warning

Digital asset markets are highly volatile. Observed "Equilibrium Variances" can vanish in milliseconds due to network latency or market shifts.

No Guarantee of Parity

While our engine identifies points of market friction, there is no guarantee that a User can capture the observed variance before the market reaches mean reversion.

10% Rule

Consistent with 2026 FCA guidance, we encourage users to treat digital asset research as high-risk and to never allocate more than 10% of their net wealth to these activities.

4. Jurisdictional & Ethical Compliance

South African Users

Users are responsible for their own compliance with the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) exchange control regulations, including the R1 million Single Discretionary Allowance (SDA).

Ethical Distribution (Baraka)

The built-in Zakat/Purification calculator is a non-binding educational tool provided to assist Users in their personal ethical accounting.
